RESOLUTION 59 ~
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS A~D CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares that portion of:
RESOLUTION 57-6 adopted on the 7th day of January 1957 ordering 'No Parking"
on the south side of Delhi Road between Bristol Street and the West City
Limits,
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the signs to be removed.
