RESOLUTION NO. GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 1209 FILED BY CHARLES H. ALEXANDER IMPOSING ADDITIONAL
CONDITION
WHEREAS, a public hearing on Variance Application No. 1209
was held by the Planning Commission, and approval recommended on
conditions~ and the Council determined to impose an additional con-
dition;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the Variance as provided
for in Planninl Commission Resolution No. 5175, based upon the find-
ings therein contained~ and for the uses and under the conditions
therein set out~ is hereby granted~ and that said Variance shall be
subject to the following two additional conditions:
1. That use of the building as a machine shop shall be lim-
ited to the applicant, Mr. Alexander~ and his son. No other person
shall be employed.
2. That no machine work shall be carried on between the
hours of 7:30 P.M. of any day~ and 6:00 A. M. of the following day.
