DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION AND CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS
AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCdRnANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21~56 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regulations
are hereby established as follows:
"YIELD RIGHT OF WAY"signs designating Oxford Street to "yield" to Cypress
Avenue
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:~ That pursuant to t he provisions of the California Vehicle
Code Section 21458 and the Santa Ana ~,~tctpal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follows:
OXFORD STREET
North side of Oxford between Cypress and Orange - West 20 feet
South side of Oxford between Cypress and Orange - West 20 feet
North side of Oxford between Cypress and Main - East 20 feet
South side of Oxford between Cypress and Main - East 20 feet
CYPRESS AVENUE
West side of Cypress between Oxford and McFadden - South 20 feet
East side of Cypress between Oxford and McFadden - South 20 feet
West side of Cypress between Oxford and Hobart - North 20~feet
East side of Cypress between Oxford and Hobart - North 20 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED ANDADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
held on the 7~h day of December 1959.
