FUTURE EIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG PORTIONS OF STANDARD
AVEnue, RIT(~tEY AND FRUIT ST~T
%~HEREAS, the Planning ~ommission, after public hea~ing, has
recommended that future right of wa~ lines be established as here-
inbelow set out;
NOW, TIt~HEFORE, BE IT ~SOL~: That the City Council of
the City of Santa ~a declares its intention to establish build~
setback lines ~der the designation of "~ture Ri~t of Way Lines",
as follows:
(u) ~$,~d~d Avenue
On both sides between First Street and Delhi Road,
40 feet, measured from and at right ~gles to ~he survey
cente~line.
(v) Ritchey S~r~e~
On both sides between McFadden Avenue ~d the eamter-
ly extension of Edinger Steer, 42 feet measured from and
at right ~gles to ~e survey centerline.
(w) Fruit S~reet
0n both sides, between French Street and Gra~ Avenue,
40 feet, measured f~m ~d at right angles to the survey
centerline.
BE IT FURTER ~SOLV~: ~at 7:30 P.M., on ~e 18th day of
J~ua~, 1960, in the C~ncil Ch~bers, City Hall, ~i~ and Main
Streets, Santa A~, Califo~ia, is hereby established aa the time
and place when all persons having any objection to the establish-
ment of said future ri~t of way lines may appear and be heard.
That the Clerk of ~e Council is directed to publish this
Resolution once in ~e Register; the Department of Public Works
is directed to post copies of this Resolution along said streets
in front of each block or pa~t thereof where such lines are pro-
posed to be establi~ed, and that both publication and posting
shall be completed at least ten days before the t~e of said hear-
ing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st.. day of Dee.ember ,
