FUTURE RIGHT 0FWA~NES ALONG PORTIONS OF FOURTH AND
EIGHTH STREETS
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing, has
recommended that future right of wsF lines be established, as here-
inbelow set out;
NOW, TPIEREFORE, BE TTRESOLVED: T~at the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish setback lines
under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines, as follows:
(x) Fourth Street
On both sides, between Raitt Street and Santa Ana Free-
way, 40 feet, measured from and at right angles to the sur-
vey centerline.
On both sides, between the Sm ta Ara FreewsF and the
east City Limits, 50 feet, measured from and at right angles
to the survey centerline.
(y) Eig~hth Street
On both sides between proposed Fairview Street and Bristol
Street, 42 feet, measured from and at right angles to the sur-
vey centerline.
On the north side between Bristol and Baker Streets, 38
feet, measured from and at right angles to the survey center-
line.
On the south
46 feet, measured

BE IT FURTHER ~ESOLVED: That 7:30 P. M. on the 1st day of
February, 1960, in the Council Chambers, City Hsll, 3rd and Main
Streets, Santa Ara, California, is hereby established as the hour
and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment
of said Future Right of Way lines may appear and be heard.
The Clerk of the Council is directed to publish this Reso-
lution once in the Register. The Department of Public Works is
directed to post copies of this Resolution along said streets in
front of each block or part thereof where such lines are proposed
to be established. Bot~ publication and posting shall be completed
at least ten days before t~e time of nearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the h th day of Janu~
196o.
