CONDITIONS WHERE C---~IS BUYING A PARK SITE
WHEREAS, KENNETH .C. PRICE and MARCIA HUBER PRICE have offer-
ed to the City a deed purporting to convey Lot 158 of Tract No. ~
~ which said Tract Map has not yet been recorded with the Re-
corder of Orange County and which said deed has not yet been ac-
knowle dged; and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana has entered into negotiations
with said grantors for the purchase of certain property for park
purposes, in consideration of a cash payment by the City'of Santa
Ana of the present market value of said land, and escrow instruc-
tions have been prepared between said parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts sald deed under the provisions of Order No. 388328-DGT, in
the Orange County Title Company, and with the condition that said
deed be completed by the addition of the book and page number
after the map of Tract No. 3627 has been recorded with t~he Recorder
of Orange County, California, said deed dated and the signatures
of said grantors be properly acknowledged before a Notary Public
in the State of California, all in accordance with the supple-
mental instructions under said order number, and when the same
is done that said deed be presented to Carl J. Thornton, the City,s
designated agent, for the completion of the Certificate of Accept-
ance by him, which he is hereby authorized and empowered then to
complete and sign, as the City's designated agent.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on t~e 4th day of January, 1960.
