RESOLUTICN 60-15
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CUrB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE T~REWITH ~
ALSO REPEALING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION 58-99
BE IT ~E~OL~ED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21458, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares that portion of:
RESOLUTION 58-99 adopted on the seventh day of April 1958 ordering the
curb painted RED as follows:
FIFTH STREET
On the north side of Fifth between Minter and Mortimer Streets as follows:
East 35 feet
On the south side of Fifth between Minter and Mortimer Streets as follows:
East 35 feet
MINTER STREET
On the west side of Minter between Fifth and Sixth Streets as follows:
South 35 feet
On the west side of Minter Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets as follows:
North 35 feet
BE IT FuHTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code
Section 21458, and the S~ta Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 end 3213, traffic
regulations a~e hereby established as follows:
FIFTH STREET
On the north side of Fifth between Minter and Mortimer Streets as follows:
East 20 feet
On the south side of Fifth between Minter and Mortim*r Streets as follows:
East 20 feet
MINTER STREET
_ On the west side of Minter Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets as follows:
South 20 feet
On the west side of Minter between Fourth and Fifth Streets as follows:
North 20 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to effectuate
the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at i~ regular meeting
held on the 18th .day of January 1960.
