SETBACK LINES ALONG FAIRVIEW STREET AND DELHI ROAD
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended that setback
lines herein described be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby declares its intention to establish setback
lines, as provided for in Sections 9255 through 9258 of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code as follows:
(aa) On the southeast corner of Delhi Road and Fairview
Street, and more precisely described as follows:
On the East side of Fairview Street, beginning at a
point 210 feet South of the centerline of Delhi Road and
extending Southerly 780 feet from the centerline of Delhi
Road, said setback line being measured 259 feet East of and
at right angles to the centerline of Fairview Street; and
on the South side of Delhi Road beginning at a point 210
feet East of the centerline of Fairview Street and extend-
ing Easterly 780 feet from the centerltne of Fairview Street,
said setback line being measured 259 feet South of sad at
right angles to the centerline of Delhi Road.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of
March, 1960, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main Street,
Santa Aha, California, is hereby established as the hour and place
when all persons having any obJectior~ 'to the establishment of the
proposed setback lines may appear and be heard.
The Clerk of th~ ~tt~cil is hereby directed to publish
notice of said hearing by publi~shing a copy of this Resolution once
in the Register, and the Department of Public Works is directed to
post copies of this Resolution along the portion of said street in
front of each block or part thereof where such setback lines are
proposed to be established. Not less than three such notices shall be
posted and both publication and posting shall be completed, at 1~ sst
ten days before the date of said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sa~ ta
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February ., 1960.
