IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, CUNNINGHAM BUILDERS INC. has delivered to tae City II O~O
a Deed dated December 29, 1959, conveying a 20-foot strip on the
East side of Tract No. 2482; and
WHEREAS, ERMA B. GUNTHER~ has delivered to the City a deed dated~!
January 5, 1960, conveying a l0 foot easement for water main purposes
over the South side of Boles A~enue, East of Harbor; and
WHEREAS, ~ELBA JONES and GOLDIE M. JONES have delivered to the //D%i
City a Deed dated Jauuary 4, 1960, conveying a 10-foot easement for
watex, main purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Harbor;
and
WHEREAS, ~.AVAGE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. has delivered to the /~o~
City a Deed dated November 24, 1959, conveying an 8-foot easement
for drainage purposes East of Cooper Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds a re without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place hie Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meetin~g held on the i s~ day of Feb~aary, 1960.
