IS PAirING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FIRST STREET '~JATER COMPANY has delivered to the City
a deed dated January L2, 1960, conveying an ease~'~ent for water main
purposes over the south side of First Street at Figuero~; and
WHEREAS, ARTHUR B. E2~IGHT has delivered to the City a deed //dgS
dated Januar5 29, 1960, .conveying an easement for street purposes
over the Soutt~ side of Chestnut, East of McClay; and
WHEREAS, LEONARD EARL, SR. and HUBERT and DORIS V. BARKER J~)
Gave delivered to tae City a deed dated January 26, 1960, conveying
an easement for street and public utility purposes on the Norta side
of Occidental, East of Cedar; and
WHEREAS, LEONARD EABL, SR. and HUBERT and DORIS V. BARKER have//~?7
delivered a deed to the City dated January 27, 1960 conveying an
easement for alley purposes on the i,iorthwest side of Evergreen and
Occidental; and
WHEREAS, EDWARD ~. HALL and THOMAS L~. H_AL_ _L_have delivered to //0~
the City a deed dated December 18, 1959 for an easement for road
and ~ublic utility purposes on Occidental, from Evergreen to Standard;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
