AND DEEDS GRANTING EASF24ENTSAND ACCESS RIGHTS
AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SEVENTEENTH AND BRISTOL
STREETS
WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has delivered
to the City an Assignment of Mortgage dated November 1, 1963,
assigning a mortgage executed by Anna A. Friedman; this mortgage
was recorded November 7, 1956, in Book 3703, Page 229, Official
Records of Orange County, affecting property for Seventeenth Street
right of way west of Bristol Street, together with an easement deed
dated October 1, 1963, fro~a the executor of the ESTATE OF ANNA F.
FRIEDMAN granting an easement for Seventeenth Street right of way
west of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has delivered
to the City a deed dated November 1, 1963, granting an easement
5 feet wide for street purposes along the easterly side of Bristol
Street to a point 285.64 feet south of the center line of Seventeenth
Street, together with a spandrel at the southeast corner of the
intersection of said two streets; and
WHEREAS, LINCOLN SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has presented
to the City a deed dated December 10, 1963, granting vehicular access
rights to Seventeenth Street and a deed dated December 10, 1963,
granting vehicular access rights to Bristol Street from the parcel
of land at the southeast corner of Seventeenth Street and Bristol
Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
Assignment of Mortgage, said two easement deeds and said two deeds
granting vehicular access rights, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said documents.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of January, 1964.
