CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, M P G RANCH, a partnership, has delivered to the
City a deed dated February 5, 1964, conveying a parcel of real
property at the Northwest corner of Warner Avenue and Newport
Boulevard, Santa Aha, California, for a MWD vault site, in con-
sideration of the payment of $1,845.00. Said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 50673-K with Security Title Insurance
Company, Santa Aha, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R~SOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of February, 1964.
