OF AN AT.TRY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA~ AND
DEDICATION OF SAME FOR ALT,MY PURPOSES
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
SECTION 1: That the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
does hereby establish the boundary of a portion of an alley in the City
of Santa Ana, described as follows~ and dedicates the same for alley
purposes:
The Northerly 20 feet of the Southerly 200.15 feet of the fol-
lowing described property:
Beginning at a cross cut in the pavement on the center line of
Seventeenth Street, said cross being located 474.37 feet East of a bolt
in said center line of Seventeenth Street~ said bolt marking the South-
east corner of the Bates Tract~ as shown on a maD recorded in Book l~
page 96& Miscellaneous Maps~ records of said Orange County; running thence
North 0- 44' 30" East 439.18 feet (bearing based on Seventeenth Street
as East and West) being the line described as the boundary between the
lands of J. C. Kirby and wife~ and Roy Mills and wife in agreement re-
corded April 12, 1941, in Book 1090, page 24, Official Records; thence
East 200.3 feet to the line described as the boundary line between the
lands of Roy Mills and wife and Allison C. Honer and wife in said agree-
ment; thence South along said boundary line between the lands of Roy
Mills and wife, and Allison C. Honer and wife, to a point in the center
line of Seventeenth Street~ marked by a cross cut in the pavement~ said
cross being 674.67 feet East of a bolt in said center line of Seventeenth
Street~ said bolt marking the Southeast corner of the said Bates Tract;
thence West along said center line 200.3 feet to the point of beginning.
