IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, DOXANDER P. LEONARD and EDNA M. LEONARD have
delivered to the City a deed dated February 5, 1964, conveying
an easement for drainage purposes over two parcels of real
property between Westwood Avenue and Bristol Street, North of
Memory Lane; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH BARON and TILLIE BARON have delivered to
the City a deed dated Februaryl 11, 1964, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of Willits Street, West of Pacific
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said deeds are without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1964.
