SUBORDINATION OF EASEMENT FOR CONNECTION
WITH EAST ORANGE COUNTY FEEDER NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana acquired an easement, recorded
in Book 6724, Page 49, Official Records of Orange County, California,
which will be crossed by portions of service connection at SA-6,
East Orange County Feeder No. 2, and the City has determined to grant
a Subordination of Easement for said service connection, underground
meter vault, water mains and laterals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a Subordination of
Easement to THE METROPOLITAN WATER DISTRICT OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
to make said District's easement superior to that held by the City,
for the installation and construction of this service connection
and appurtenances to supply water to the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of March, 1964.
