DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby affirms the decision of the Zoning Administrator, and
Appeal No. 123 on Variance Application No. 1910, filed by E AND
R DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTEDby the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of April, 1964.
