FROM CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION
IN GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ON APPLICATION
NO. 169 FILED BY TRAILER SERVICE & SALES, INC.
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice the Planning
Commission has granted Conditional Use Permit No. 169 on appli-
cation filed by TRAILER SERVICE & SALES, INC. to permit the
location of a trailer business consisting of new and used sales,
service, rentals and accessories at 2441 West First Street,
Santa Aha, California, in an M-1 District, subject to certain
conditions; and
WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 125 was duly filed by
R. HASTER appealing the requirement that sidewalks be installed
on Sullivan Street as set forth in Condition 6b imposed by the
Planning Co~%mission in their approval of said Conditional Use
Permit No. 169; and
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the City Council
has determined that Condition No. 6 should be modified to read
as hereinbeloW set out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the findings made
and the conditions imposed by the Planning Commission are approved
except that Condition No. 6 of the Finding of Facts on said
Conditional Use Permit shall read as follows:
6. The following condition is to be cc~plied with prior to
issuance of utilities release by the Building Department:
a. That the owner place curb and gutter and pave up to
the edge of existing pavement on Sullivan Street.
The new curb and gutter to be placed 20 feet east of
the center line of Sullivan Street for that portion
of the property which is to be developed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th of May, 1964.
