CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FRANK BEDE and DORA BEDE have delivered to the
City a deed dated April 28, 1964, conveying a parcel of real
property at the northeast corner of Edinger Avenue and Lowell
Street in consideration of the payment of $17,500.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 51570-C with
Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of May, 1964.
