CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA PARK ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, a partnership,
has delivered to the City a deed dated April 27, 1964, conveying
a 10 foot strip of land for Flower Street, south of Warner Avenue,
in consideration of the payment of $1,200.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 51646-C with Security Title
Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 21st day of May,
1964.
