QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on the south side of Edinger Avenue, east of Fairview Street,
dedicated to the City of Santa Ana vehicular access rights to
Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street, and the present owners have
now requested driveway locations at said location and the City has
determined to grant the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTYTO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE I~ERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, vehicular
access rights to Edinger Avenue and Fairview Street, and deliver
the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of June, 1964.
