A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF STATE ALT~CATED

WHEREAS~ a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State
of California on March 25, 1960, for expenditure of State allocated (engineering)
funds un~er Section 2107.5 of the Streets and Highway Code; and
Wmm~EAS, the City Council has prepared a budget proposal showing
estimated expenditures of such funds rec~maended to be made during the 1964-65
Fiscal Year; and
Wa~T~S, the City Council has heard rea~ said ~dget proposal and is
familiar with the contents thereof.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~n by the City Council of the City of
Santa Aha that said budget proposal be and is hereby s~lopted as the budget of
proposed expenditures of the State allocated funds for engineering to cities,
said budget proposal to be and the same is hereby approved, and the Director
of Publ/c Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, and said
budget proposal to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, State of
California, in accordance with the Provisions of Sectio~ 197 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
PASSED AND ADOP£~u by the City Council of the City of Santa Ama at
its regular meeting held o~ the 15th day of June, 1964.
