CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HERBERT M. CARQUEVILLE, JR. has delivered to the
City a deed dated January 3, 1963, conveying an easement for street
purposes for the south side of Alton Street, East of Main Street;
and
WHEREAS, FRANK PITTMANhas delivered to the City a deed
dated December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east of Maple
Street; and
WHEREAS, MARy JEAN ROVIN has delivered to the City a deed
dated January 19, 1963, conveying an easement for street purposes
for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east of Main Street;
and
WHEREAS, MARY JEAN ROVIN has delivered to the City four deeds
dated ~anuaz~ 11,:19635 conveying easements for street purposes for
an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, between Maple and Main
Streets; and
WHEREAS, MARY JEAN ROVIN and LEO ROVIN have delivered to the
City two deeds dated January 19, 1963, conveying easements for
street purposes for an unnamed street south of Sherwood Avenue, east
of Maple Street; and
WHEREAS, JAMES A. STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS, JAMES C.
DODSON, JR., BETTYANN DODSON, ROBERT B. HOLLAND and FRANKLENA E.
HOLLAND have delivered to the City a deed dated December 26, 1962,
conveying an easement for street purposes south of Sherwood Avenue,
East of Maple Street; and
WHEREAS, JAMES C. DODSON, JR., BETTYANN DODSON, JAMES A.
STEPHENS, ALICE F. STEPHENS and INA L. STEPHENS have delivered to
the City a deed dated December 26, 1962, conveying an easement for
street purposes south of Sherwood Avenue, between Maple and Main
Streets; and
WHERF2%S, LEO ROVIN and NORMAN L. ENTEMANN, a partnership,
D/B/A CARL ENTENMANN and SON, have delivered to the City a deed
dated December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes
south of Sherwood Avenue, between Main and Maple Streets; and
WHEREAS, FRANK PITTMAN has delivered to the City a deed dated
December 19, 1962, conveying an easement for street purposes south
of Sherwood Avenue, between Main and Maple Streets; and
WHEREAS, BILL G. WELLS and LARRY L. CARTER have delivered to
the City a deed dated July 9, 1964, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the north side of Camile Street, east of Jackson Street;
and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of July, 1964.
