HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-114RESOLUTION 64-114 DECLARING THAT NO PROTEST HAS BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY DESIGNATED "SANTA CLARA AND TUSTIN N. W. ANNEXATION" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written protests were filed against said annexation or the proposed election to vote on said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby finds and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was duly given by Resolution 64-102, there was no written protest filed against said annexation and therefore further finds and declares that a majority protest has not been made against the annexation of territory designated "SANTA CLARA AND TUSTIN N. W. ANNEXATION". PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of August, 1964.
