GPJINT DEED TO MARTINDANIEL, INC. FOR A CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore the City published notice of sale of
surplus real property, hereinbelow described, at public auction
to be held at a regular Council meeting on May 4, 1964, and at
said time and place said property was sold to MARTIN COHEN in
consideration of the sum of $7,150.00, $800.00 paid on acceptance
of said bid and the balance of the purchase price to be paid
through escrow; said MARTIN COHEN has requested that title be
taken in the name of MARTINDANIEL, INC., a California corporation;
and
WHEREAS, Escrow No. 869555-hrb has now been opened with
Orange County Title Company, Main Street at Fifth Street, Santa Ana,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
granting to MARTINDANIEL, INC., a California corporation, that real
property located on the south side of Third Street, west of Bristol
Street, in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot 4 in Block "C" of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town
of Santa Aha, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 31,
Page 23 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California,
and place the same in the above-referenced escrow for delivery to
said grantee.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of August, 1964.
