The City Council of the City of Santa A~a, Califor~ia, DOES E RESOLVE,
D~.'£~MINE AND O~DE~ as follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and necessity dem~ud the acquisition
by the City of Santa A~a of a certai~ m~nicipal lmprovement~ to wit: real property
for civic center site purposes and for streets in amd about said site. That the
estimated cost of said municipal improvement is the sum of $2,~00,000.
Section 2. That said municipal improvement requires an expenditure greater
tham the 'amount allowed for it by the annual tax levy.
Section ~. That said municipal improvement is necessary an~ convenient to
carry out the objects, purposes and powers of the City of Santa Aha.
