THE CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GRACE SHERRILL has delivered to the City a deed
dated August 21, 1964, conveying a parcel of real property on
the west side of Garnsey Street, north of Sixth Street, in con-
sideration of the payment of $21,000.00. Said transaction is to
be handled through Escrow No. 390264-ET with Title Insurance and
Trust Company, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of
Santa Ana accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's
designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1964.
