QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain real property
on the north side of McFadden Avenue, west of Grand Avenue,
dedicated to the City vehicular access rights at said location
and the present owners have now requested vehicular access rights
to said property from McFadden Avenue and the City has determined
to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE
UNDERLYING FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD
the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
Ail vehicular access rights to McFadden Avenue from the
Easterly 32.00 feet of the Westerly 49.00 feet of Lot 2
in Tract NO. 4475 as said Tract is shown on a map
recorded in Book 171, pages 25 to 27, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County,
and deliver the same to the Clerk of the Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 1964.
