FARMS, INC. FOR A CASH CONSIDERATION OF $25,700
WHEREAS, GEORGE FARMS, INC., a California Corporation, has
delivered to the City a deed dated October 7, 1964, conveying a
parcel of real property for street purposes for McFadden Avenue,
from Jackson Street to the Santa Ana River Channel, in consideration
of the payment of $25,700.00. Said transaction is to be handled
through Escrow No. 52403-C with Security Title Insurance Company,
Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Aha accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of October, 1964.
