CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAM J. BROWNER has delivered to the city a deed
dated October 14, 1964, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the south side of First Street, East of Figueroa Street; and
WHEREAS, ANNIE MENDEZ has delivered to the City a deed dated
October 15, 1964, conveying an easem%ent for street purposes for the
west side of Toland, north of Kent Avenue; and
WHEREAS, SECURITY FORE CORP., a corporation, has delivered
to the City a deed dated October 5, 1964, conveying an easement for
sewer purposes south of Warner Avenue, west of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, BRUCE E. B. GELKER, LOIS M. GELKER, WILLIAM H.
RIFFLE, JEANETTE E. RIFFLE, and ROBERT L. ROHRER have delivered to
the City a deed dated October 23, 1964, conveying an easement for
alley purposes on the west side of Broadway, north of Eighteenth
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November, 1964.
