CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
W/4EREAS, VISTA PARK HOMES NUMBER 4 has delivered to the
City a deed dated November 10, 1964, conveying property for the
West Ditch, Myrtle Street to Monta Vista Avenue; and
WHEREAS, NORMAN PULLIAM and ERLING JOHANSEN have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 24, 1964, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the east side of Fairview Street, south of
Westminster Avenue; and
WHEREAS, CHURCH OF RELIGIOUS SCIENCE, a corporation, has
delivered to the City a deed dated November 11, 1964, conveying an
easement for street purposes 348 feet north of Westminster Avenue
on the west side of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, ROBERT J. DeVEAU and CORILA M. DeVEAU have delivered
to the City a deed dated November 25, 1964, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the north side of Bolsa Avenue, east of
Bewley Street; and
WHEREAS, JOSEPH P. CHIARELLO and THERESA R. CHIARELLO have
delivered to the City a deed dated November 13, 1964, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the north side of Bishop, east
of Shelton Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964.
