CITY OF SANTA ANA CONCURRING IN PROPOSED
REVISION OF FREEWAY AGREEMENT TO EFFECT
FRONTAGE ROAD TO DYER ROAD
W/~EREAS, the County of Orange and the State of California
have heretofore entered into a Freeway Agreement dated October 31,
1962, relating to the portion of the Newport Freeway, State Highway
Road 07-0RA-55 between 0.25 mile south of proposed relocated
MacArthur Boulevard and 0.2 mile south of Warner Avenue (Delhi
Road); and
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana did annex an area, a portion
of which, including a frontage road located easterly of the Newport
Freeway and southerly of Dyer Road, was covered by the aforesaid
Freeway Agreement; and
WHEREAS, further engineering studies indicate that the
following revision is desirable, to wit:
To realign and lengthen the aforesaid frontage raod as shown
on attached print labeled Exhibit "A", dated November 10, 1964, and
made a part hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana hereby concurs and approves the proposed
revision set forth hereinabove, it being understood that a revised
freeway agreement incorporating said revision is to be entered into
at some future date.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of December, 1964.
