ALIGb~EI~ OF BEAR-RAITT STREET BETWEEN
SUNFLOWER AND SEGERSTROM AVENUES AS SHOWN
ON EXHIBIT P.P.S.A. %9
WHEREAS, after public hearing on notice, the Planning
Commission has recom~aended by their Resolution No. 5708 that a
precise street alignment be adopted; and
WEEREAS, after public hearing before the City Council, on
notice as required by law, said Council has determined that the
recommended precise street alignment be adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council
finds and determines that the public interest, necessity, con-
venience and general welfare require that a precise plan of align-
ment of Bear-Raitt Street, between Sunflower and Segerstrom Avenues,
be established and said Council hereby adopts the street alignment
plan of said street as shown on a detailed drawing entitled
"P.P.S.A. ~9 RAITT STREET ALIGNMENT SEGERSTROM AVE. TO SUNFLOWER
AVE." Copies of said drawing are on file in the Department of
Public Works and in the Planning Department of the City of Santa
Ana for inspection by the public.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of December, 1964.
