SANTA ANA. CALIFORNIA, ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS IN THE WORK IN THE MATTER OF THE
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN SEWER LINES, TOGETHER WITH
APPURTENANCES AND APPURTENANT WORK FOR ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 218, AS DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF
INTENTION 64-182
WHEREAS, the City Council did on the 6th day of August, 1962, adopt its
Resolution of Intention No. 62-156, declaring its intention to order the construc-
tion of certain sewer lines, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work
within the said city for the use and benefit of the City of Santa Ana Assessment
District No. 218; and
WHEREAS, the said work was ordered by its Resolution 62-177 on the
17th day of September, 1962; and
WHEREAS, certain changes and modifications to said work have been
previously ordered by its Resolution 64-60; and
WHEREAS, this City Council did on the 7th day of December, 1964,
adopt its Resolution 64-182 proposing to make certain changes and modifications
in the work as described in said Resolution of Intention; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been heard on said proposed changes, all in
the manner prescribed by law, and objections not having been made by the
owners of one-half (1/2) of the area of the property proposed to be assessed.
and the contractor having filed a written consent to the making of said changes,
and this council now having jurisdiction to order said changes and modifications:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA, CALIFORNIA~ DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
SECTION I
That the public interest and convenience require certain changes and
modifications in the work for the assessment district originally set forth in
Resolution of Intention No. 62-156, which changes and modifications are duly
described and set forth in Resolution of Intention No. 64-182 adopted by the
Council on the 7th day of December, 1964, and this Council hereby orders said
changes and modifications as set forth in said last numbered resolution.
SECTION II
That the contract for said improvement entered into for the doing of the
work shall be modified to include the modifications ordered by this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 21st day of December. 1964.
