BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the C~ty Council of the City of Santa Aha
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
No. 153 on Variance Application 2070, filed by AGAJANIAN II~VESTMENT
CORP. & SANTA ANITA INVESTMENTS, INCORPORATED, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1985.
