CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MERLE A. HERROD and ROSE ANNA HERROD have delivered
to the City a deed dated January 20, 1965, conveying an easement
for street and public utility purposes on the east side of Broadway,
south of Richlan~ Street; and
WHEREAS, LAWRENCE LINTON BARNETT and LOUISE PEARCE BARNETT
have delivered to the City a deed dated January 12, 1965, conveying
an easement for street and public utility purposes on the east side
of Harbor Boulevard, north of Hazard Avenue; and
WHEREAS, THE ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOSANGELES, a
corporation sole, has delivered to the City a deed dated January 15,
1965, conveying an easement for street purposes and vehicular access
rights at the northeast corner of Hazard Avenue and Newhope Street;
and
WHEREAS, OLIVER V. INGE and ROBERT E. INGE have delivered to
the City a deed dated January 22, 1965, conveying vehicular access
rights to McFadden Avenue on the north side, east of Raitt Street; and
WHEREAS, MORRIS GLASSER and GLORIA GLASSER have delivered to
the City a deed dated Janaury 25, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the intersection of Buffalo Avenue and Olive
Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'D RESOLVED: ~at the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1965.
