QUITCLAIM DEED TO J~4ES LUKENS WITH NO CASH
CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
at the southwest corner of Harwood Place and Standard Avenue dedicated
to the City vehicular access rights to Standard Avenue and the present
owner has now requested access rights at said location which the City
has determined should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING
FEE, AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD, all vehicular
access rights to Standard Avenue over the Southerly 30 feet of Lot 14,
Tract 3293, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 104, pages
30 and 31, Miscellaneous ~aps, records of Orange County, California,
and deliver the same to JAMES LUKENS to whom this property is being
quitclaimed and to any other person who may appear of record as
having an interest therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of February, 1965.
