RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, DETEP~MINING THAT THE
PUBLIC INTET~EST AND NECE~SIT~ DEMAND
THE ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF
CERTAIN MUNICIPAL IMPROV~IENT
AND MAKING FINDINGS RELATING THEHETO.
The City Council of the City of Santa Aha,
California, DOES HEltEBY RESOLVE, DETEItMINEAND O~DE~
as follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and neces-
sity demand the acquisition and construction by said city
of a certain municipal improvement, to wit:
CITY OF SANTA ANA
CIVIC CENTER LAND ACQUISITION
BONDS: Shall the City of
Santa Aha incur a bonded
indebtedness in the principal
sum of $ 2~400~ooo
for the acquisition by said
city of a certain municipal
improvement, to wit: real
property for civic center
site purposes and for streets
in and about said site?
That the estimated cost of said municipal improve-
ment is $ 2,400,00o That said municipal imDrovement
requires an expenditure greater than the amount allowed for
it by the annual tax levy and is necessary and convenient
to carry out the objects, purposes and powers of said city.
