RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL CONTRI-
BUTION BY THE CITY IN RE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 218.
WHEREAS, the City COuncil by its immediately prior
Resolution has ordered the respreading of the assessment roll
in the sum of $2,588.75~ and
WHEREAS, if the City's contribution is not increased
by the amount so ordered to be respread, the remaining parcels in
the district would have some additional assessment without notice~
and
WHEREAS, the City COuncil feels that in fairness and
equity the contribution by the City to the cost of Assessment
District No. 218 should be increased to an amount equal to the
amount ordered to be respread.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
That the amount to be paid from the funds of the City
of Santa Aha as a contribution to Assessment District No. 218 be
increased from the sum of $45,500.00 previously allocated to
$48,088..75 and that the Superintendent of Streets be ordered to
make the necessary changes in the assessment to conform with this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of February, 1965.
