HomeMy WebLinkAbout65-050RESOLUTION 65-50 DECLARING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST HAS NOT BEEN MADE AGAINST THE ANNEXATION OF TERRI- TORY DESIGNATED "HARBOR AND WARNER WEST ANNEX" WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the City Council held this date the protest hearing against the annexation herein referred to was regularly held on due notice as required by law, and no written protests were filed against said annexation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds and declares that at the protest hearing, notice of which was given by Resolution 65-25, there was not a majority protest against the annexation of territory designated "HARBOR AND WARNER WEST ANNEX". PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1965.
