IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, DIANA JEAN MADORY, a married woman, formerly DIANA
JEAN SMITH, has delivered to the City a deed dated March 9, 1965,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the south side of
Eighth Street, east of Bristol Street, in consideration of the payment
of $2,600.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow
No. 53005-C with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Aha,
California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to sign the Escrow instructions; that the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated
agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said
deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1965.
