QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located at
the northwest corner of McFadden and Standard Avenues dedicated
vehicular access rights to the City and the present owners have now
requested access rights to McFadden and Standard Avenues which the
City has determined should be granted; and
WHEREAS, heretofore the owauers of property on Edinger AVenue
and Grand Avenue dedicated access rights to the City and the present
owners have now requested vehicular access rights to Edinger Avenue
and Grand Avenue which the City has determined should be granted; and
WHEREAS, heretofore, G. THOMAS BORGESE, MADELINE R. BORGESE,
and LAWRENCE P. DONATELLE dedicated to the City certain property on
the north side of First Street, Newhope Street to Mountain View
Street, which dedication was in excess of the property actually
required by the City, and the City has determined that the excess
property should be deeded back to said owners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitclaiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE
AS THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAy APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access
rights at the northwest corner of McFadden and Standard Avenues and
deliver the same to Mr. E. F. Peltier, Richfi~d Oil Corporation,
645 South Mariposa Avenue, Los Angeles, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming IN SEVERALTY TO THE VARIOUS OWNERS OF THE UNDERLYING FEE, AS
THEIR RESPECTIVE INTERESTS MAY APPEAR OF RECORD vehicular access
rights to Edinger Avenue and to Grand Avenue and deliver the same to
Anaheim Investors, Marian Development, Inc., 843 South State College
Boulevard, Anaheim, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed quit-
claiming to G. THOMAS BORGESE, MADELINE R. BORGESE, and LAWRENCE P.
DONATELLE that certain excess property dedicated to the City by said
grantees located on the north side of First Street, Newhope Street to
Mountain View Street, and deliver the same to Mr. G. Thomas Borgese,
1115 West Berkley Street, Santa Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of April, 1965.
