INTENTION TO VACATE PORTIONS OF BIRCH STREET
BETWEEN EIGHTH AND TENTH STREETS
WHEREAS, a request for the vacation of portions of Birch
Street between Eighth and Tenth Streets, herein described, has
received by the Planning Department and the Department of Publi
Works, and the Planning Commission has recon~ended that a pub c
hearing be set on the question of said vacation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City hereby
adopts the map attached hereto and orders the same filed the
original of this Resolution in the office of the Clerk the Council;
reference is hereby made to said map for the exterior of
said right of way txoposed to be vacated.
The City Council declares its intention to p with this
vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacatil Act of 1941
(§8300 through §8374 of the California Streets s Code) to
vacate portions of Birch Street in the City of Si Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
