CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, THE PACIFIC COAST LATIN ~iERICAN CONFERENCE OF THE
FREE METHODIST CHURCH OF NORTH A~]ERICA, who acquired title as The
Mexican Conference of the Free Methodist Church of North America,
has delivered to the City a deed dated February 24, 1965, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the south side of Myrtle Street
between Spruce Street and Forest Avenue; and
WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDY and MAURINE M. CRODDY have delivered to
the City a deed dated April 6, 1965, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the north side of Talbert Avenue, west of Harbor Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, JOHN A WHITAKER has delivered to the City a deed
dated April 9, 1965, conveying an easement for alley purposes on the
north side of Lime Street, 96 feet east of Parton Street; and
WHEREAS, ~IET C. ROGERS and JUNA ROGERS have delivered to the
City a deed dated Aprill4, 1965, conveying an easement for street
purposes and two spandrel shaped parcels of land on the north side
of Santa Clara Avenue between Main Street and Broadway; and
WHEREAS, BORG-WARNER CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation, has
delivered to the City a deed dated April 12, 1965, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes on the south side of Alton Street, Kilson
Drive to Halladay Street; and
WHEREAS, DONALD H. FRANKLIN and JOAN R. FRANKLIN have delivered
to the City a deed dated April 7, 1965, conveying an easement for
street and public utility purposes on Sixteenth Street, west of Daisy
Street; and
WHEREAS, ALICE A. WEYANT has delivered to the City a deed dated
April 7, 1965, conveying an easement for street and public utility
purposes on Sixteenth Street, west of Daisy Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of April, 1965.
