BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Zoning Administrator, the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana hereby affirms the decision of ~ne Zoning Administrator, and
Appeal No. 160 on Variance Application No. 2091, filed By JEROME
J. and GLADYS R. MOORE, is hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of May, 1965.
