CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GULF OIL CORPORATION OF CALIFORNIA, a Delaware
corporation, has delivered to the City a Right of Way Deed dated
March 29, 1965, conveying a right of way and easement for street
purposes on the west side of Grand Avenue, north of Chestnut
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, KIMBALL W. SMALL and MARTHA L. SMALL have delivered
to the City a deed dated April 28, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes at the northwest corner of Kilson Drive and Anahurst
Place; and
W~RREAS, CAROLE FAMULARO WAGNER, formerly Carole Mae Clark,
who acquired title as CaroleMae Famularo, has delivered to the
City a deed dated April 30, 1965, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the south side of First Street, 400 feet west of the
center line of Fairview Street; and
WHEREAS, MARY YOUNG has delivered to the City a deed dated
April 27, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes at the
northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and First Street; and
W~RREAS, BRISTOL PLAZA, a limited partnership, has delivered
to the City a deed dated May 6, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the west side of Bristol Street, north of Wilshire
Avenue; and

southwest corner of Seventeenth and Bush Streets;
WHEREAS, FRANK C. LATHAMandNELDA LATHAMhave delivered to
the City a deed dated May 10, 1965, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the south side of Santa Clara Avenue, 1520 feet east of
Wright Street; and
WHEREAS, PAUL J. TOBERTY and JOYCE K. TOBERTY have delivered
to the City a deed dated May 11, 1965, conveying an easement for
alley purposes west from Mountain View Street, south of Fifth Street;
and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of May, 1965.
