CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a corporation, and
ALLISON HONER CO., a copartnership, have delivered to the City a
deed dated May 19, 1965, conveying easements for the construction
and maintenance of a water line and appurtenances thereto at Honer
Plaza north of Seventeenth Street, west of Bristol Street; and
WHEREAS, MONARCH DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a corporation, has
delivered to the City a deed dated May 14, 1965, conveying ease~nents
for street purposes on the north side of Washington Avenue, west of
French Street; and
WHEREAS, EASTLAND SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION has delivered
to the City a deed dated May 27, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the east side of Main Street, south of Talbert
Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of June, 1965.
