DEED TO CLARA E. VOSE GRANTING STREET RIGHT
OF WAY WITH NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, the City is the owner of a certain 1-foot strip of
street right of way on the north side of Park Lane, East of Bristol
Street, which is of no further value to the City and which the City
proposes to grant to the adjacent property owner.~ith no consideration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
granting to CLARA E. VOSE that certain 1-foot strip of land on the
north side of Park Lane, east of Bristol Street, in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
A strip of land one foot in width, the southerly line of
which is described as:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street,
South 0° 46' 00" West 390.73 feet from the northwest corner
of Section 1, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian, in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,
County of Orange, California, thence South 89° 55' 50" East
346.50 feet, as shown on a map of Tract No. 1980, recorded
in Book 71, pages 5 and 6, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County,
and deliver the same to Rimel, Harvey & Helsing, 1010 North Main
Street, Santa Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of June, 1965.
