THE PLANNING COmmISSION AND DENYING VARIANCE
ON APPLICATION NO. 2098 FILED BY AGAJANIAN
INVESTMENT CORP. AND SANTA ANITA INVESTMENTS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED: That, based upon the Finding of Facts of
the Planning Commission, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
hereby affirms the decision of the Planning Commission, and Appeal
Application No. 158 on Variance Application No. 2098, filed by
AGAJANIAN INVESTMENT CORP. and SANTA ANITA INVESTMENTS, INC., is
hereby DENIED.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of July, 1965.
