COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, DETERMINING THE GENERAL
PREVAILING RATE OF PER DIEM WAGES,
FOR LEGAL HOLIDAY AND OVERTIME WORK
IN SAID CITY FOR CERTAIN CRAFTS OR
TYPES OF WORKMEN.

WHEREAS, this City Council has by its Resolution
No. 65-106 ordered certain work or improvement, said
work or improvement being more particularly described in
its resolution of intention, Resolution No. 65-94; and
WHEREAS, this City Council by Resolution No.
64-58, has determined, ascertained and fixed the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general
prevailing rate for legal holiday and overtime work in
said locality for each craft, classification or type of
workman needed to execute said contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana, California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND
ORDER that the general prevailing rate of per diem wages
and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime
work for each craft, classification or type of workman
needed to execute said contract are hereby specified as the
rates determined, ascertained and fixed by said Resolution
No. 64-58, and reference is hereby made to said ResoLution
No. 64-58 and the rates set forth therein are incorporated
herein and made a part hereof as though fully set forth
herein.
