CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MONTY RICH has delivered to the City a deed dated
June 18, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on the
east side of Fairview Street, 360 feet, more or less, south of
Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, EGON M. JENSEN has delivered to the City a deed
dated June 23, 1965, conveying an easement for street purposes on
the west side of Newhope Street, south of Bolsa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, PETER ALVARADO and ELODIA ALVARADO have delivered
to the City a deed dated June 9, 1965, conveying an easement for
street purposes for Eighth Street, east of Euclid Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Homer Sterling, the acting City Manager, is
hereby designated as the City's agent for the purpose of signing
the Certificate of Acceptance on those certain deeds accepted by
the City, and he is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance
on said deeds.
